Breakfast 07:00-09:00
Saturday – Tuesday: Soured milk, yoghurt, muesli, milk, soft & hard bread, cheese, butter, sausage, ham, marmelade, egg, caviar, tea, coffee, hot chocolate.
Lunch 11:00 – 14:00
Saturday: Sausage Stroganoff with sour cream, leek and rice.
Sunday: Kebab in hot tomato sauce with pita bread, garlic sauce and rice.
Monday: Meatballs in brown sauce, lingonberries and mashed potatoes.
Tuesday: Pasta Salad with cold tomato/basil sauce.
Dinner 17:00 – 20:00
Friday: Kassler with potato salad.
Saturday: Greek ground beef with tzatziki and roast potatoes.
Sunday: Pork Collar with Sauce Bearnaise and roast potatoes.
Monday: Fried Fillet of Cod with Sauce Remoulade and rice.
All main courses served with bread, butter, milk and vegetables.
In addition to this a pasta buffé is served during lunch.
