We protect the privacy of everyone, especially children and young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Personal data processed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We collect and process the following personal data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Team members:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Age (or date of birth, if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indirect Gender (team division)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Judge:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social security number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Account number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shirt size<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Officials:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data under Article 9 GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Purpose of the processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data is processed for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registration and administration of participation in the Cup for both teams and referees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring correct age classification and fair competition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication of relevant information about the Cup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Legal basis for processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The processing is based on the following legal grounds according to GDPR:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Consent <\/strong>\u2013 from the participant&#8217;s guardian through the team manager who registers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legitimate interest <\/strong>\u2013 to be able to organize and implement the Cup in an efficient manner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consent can be revoked at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Sharing of personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data may be shared with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IT suppliers supporting the administration of the Cup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All recipients process the data only to the extent necessary and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Transfer to third countries<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not transfer personal data outside the EU\/EEA. Should this change, appropriate safeguards under GDPR will be ensured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Storage of personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data is stored:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>While the Cup is in progress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Up to 12 months after the Cup for administrative purposes (e.g. follow-up, accounting and reporting)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data is then deleted or anonymized in a secure manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Children&#8217;s personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since the majority of participants are minors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is personal data only collected with <strong>the consent of guardians <\/strong>via team leaders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does the principle of data minimization apply<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is public exposure of personal data limited as far as possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10.
