Eken Cup 2012 wil be played 16 – 19 of June 2012.

Many thanks to all of you who participated as referees this year, we hope you enjoyed Eken Cup and you want to come back again next year. We are impressed with the way you have implemented the tournament, even though it sometimes was really bad weather so there were no sad faces, but everyone did their best to keep spirits up. If there are any of you who have thought of something that we can improve for next year, please email us, because we want to know what you think then that the tournament can continue to evolve and become even better.

Day 3

The third day of Eken Cup 2011 offered handball against the wind. Today we have had a hard handballweather with rain and wind. This means that the fields gets muddy and all the handball technique trained up over the years are thrown aside and everyone are struggling to hold the ball as best you can.

It’s fun to see that the fighting spirit still exists!

Some classes have played their finals during the day. Some have lost a playoff game. To all you that have finished Eken Cup 2011, fought in the mud and the sun and had fun, we wish a great summer and welcome back next year!

A lot of teams continue to battle for the trophy tomorrow when the playoffs continues. We wish you all good luck!

And remember: There is no bad weather, only bad clothes!

With day 2 came the sun

And so was the second day of Eken Cup 2011 complete. Today were treated with the perfect handball weather. Sunny, but still a bit cloudy so it was not too hot. Many matches have been played today and also seniors started playing in the tournament.

Tomorrow begins the finals and we wish all teams good luck!
